Velari Tourism provides tourism and travel-related services in Dubai and the United Arab Emirates, including but not limited to:

  • Desert safari experiences
  • Cultural and adventure activities
  • Custom travel itinerary planning

3. Bookings and Payments

3.1 Booking Process

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is only confirmed once you receive written confirmation from Velari Tourism via email or phone.

3.2 Payment Terms

  • Full payment or a deposit may be required to confirm your booking
  • Payment methods accepted include credit cards, bank transfers, and cash
  • All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise specified
  • Prices are subject to change without notice until booking is confirmed

3.3 Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are indicative and may vary based on season, availability, and other factors. Final prices will be confirmed at the time of booking.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

4.1 Cancellation by Customer

  • Cancellations must be made in writing via email or phone
  • Cancellation charges apply based on the notice period given
  • More than 7 days before service: Full refund minus processing fee
  • 3-7 days before service: 50% refund
  • Less than 3 days before service: No refund
  • No-show: No refund

Note: Specific services may have different cancellation policies, which will be communicated at the time of booking.

4.2 Cancellation by Velari Tourism

We reserve the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions, safety concerns, or force majeure events. In such cases, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate personal information and travel documents
  • Ensuring valid passports, visas, and other required documentation
  • Arriving on time for scheduled tours and activities
  • Following safety instructions and guidelines provided by our staff
  • Respecting local customs, laws, and regulations
  • Being in adequate physical condition for chosen activities
  • Declaring any medical conditions that may affect participation

6. Liability and Insurance

6.1 Our Liability

Velari Tourism acts as an intermediary between customers and service providers. While we strive to ensure quality services, we are not liable for:

  • Acts or omissions of third-party service providers
  • Personal injury, illness, or death except where caused by our negligence
  • Loss or damage to personal belongings
  • Delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control

6.2 Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all customers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellations, lost baggage, and personal liability.

7. Force Majeure

Velari Tourism shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, government restrictions, pandemics, strikes, or technical failures.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Velari Tourism and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Complaints and Disputes

If you have any complaints about our services, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to resolve issues promptly and fairly. Any disputes will be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
